Characterization factor for a new substance

Dear Usetox team,

Could you kindly help me to calculate factor for a new substance in Usetox? It is a pesticide called deltamethrin. I have added phys. chem. data to Usetox and also ecotox value as below:

Phys.chem. data

Chemical abstract service registry number

Chemical common name

PesticideTargetClass

MW

KOW

Koc

KH25C

Pvap25

Sol25

KDOC

kdegA

kdegW

kdegSd

kdegSl

kdissP

(degration rates were calculated via instruction)

Ecotox.data was calculated via instruction (the result was negative):

avg logEC50chronic (mg/L)

What is wrong in my calculation or data because I did not get any result out from the model? Should I add some other data  to the model?

Thank you for your answer!

Deltamethrin

It is difficult to say what went wrong without looking at the actual files that you used/prepared. However, substance "deltamethrin" is alreay included in USEtox (see CAS: 52918-63-5, row 317 in organic substances data), so you could check your data against the data that are already provided for this substance. Note that dissipation rates in plants are only needed for the pathway crop residues, while all other factors can also be calculated without this information.
