I am wondering that how should I take into account the emissions in greenhouses (or similar ones such as vertical farming or tunnel farming), when calculating ecotoxic impacts of pesticides used in them? Should I use PestLCI or some other similar model before Usertox like in field production? Do you recommend some articles to read for this?

The current version of PestLCI does only cover various open field application pracices of pesticides. Other practices, such as greenhouses, are not considered. We do not have a particular recommendation for another model to cover greenhouse or similar practices. For a general overview of pesticide emission and ectoxicity modelling, you might read e.g. Fantke 2019.
